Committee referral and added a Labor & Commerce Committee

"An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Certified              
Direct-Entry Midwives; and providing for an effective date."                   
                                                                               
HB 10 was removed from Health, Education & Social Services                     
Committee and was referred to the Labor & Commerce Committee.
